People saying China won't do anything don't understand Blizzard has a long working relationship with China, and Tencent is invested in Blizzard. They have trademark registered in china, and a chinese version of the game. This is pretty much standard business practice over there. US courts can't enforce any judgment against a Chinese company and Chinese authorities won't give a #$%^. But with the other company being in China this will go nowhere fast.
